Return & Refund Policy

At Hey Tee Parks Creative Agency, LLC, we strive to provide exceptional services. Since our offerings are customized and service-based, the following refund policy applies:

1. Refund Policy for Services

• Creative Services & Consulting:
  • Due to the nature of creative work, all payments are final, and no refunds will be issued once work has begun.
  • In cases where work has not started, a partial refund may be granted upon request.
• Event Hosting, Emceeing, & Speaking Engagements:
  • Cancellations more than 30 days prior: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations less than 30 days prior: No refunds, as time has been reserved.

2. Rescheduling & Credit Policy

• Clients may reschedule services with a minimum 14-day notice, subject to availability.
• If a service cannot be rescheduled, a credit may be applied toward future services.

3. Digital Products & Deliverables

• No refunds will be issued for delivered digital products, branding materials, or completed content.
• If a client disapproves of deliverables, revisions may be offered per contract terms.

4. Force Majeure Clause

HTP, LLC is not liable for service interruptions due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, illness, technical failures). In such cases, we will work with clients to reschedule services.
