Welcome to Hey Tee Parks Creative Agency, LLC! By accessing or using our website (www.HeyTeeParks.com), services, or engaging in a contractual agreement, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

1. Scope of Services

HTP Creative Agency provides Arts, Media, and Education services, including but not limited to:

  • Creative Consulting & Strategy
  • Event Hosting & Emceeing
  • Speaking Engagements & Workshops
  • Brand Development & Creative Direction
  • Production & Scriptwriting

All services are subject to a signed contract outlining specific deliverables, timelines, and compensation.

2. Payments & Fees

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure bookings. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the event or upon project completion, as specified in the agreement.
  • Late payments beyond 7 days incur a 5% late fee, increasing to 10% after 14 days.
  • Additional services requested outside the initial scope will be invoiced accordingly.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Client Cancellations: If a client cancels an event or project:
    • More than 30 days prior: 50% of the total fee is retained.
    • Less than 30 days prior: 100% of the total fee is retained.
  • HTP, LLC Cancellations: If cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances, we will work to reschedule or provide a refund for services not rendered.

4. Intellectual Property

  • HTP, LLC retains ownership of all creative concepts, scripts, branding materials, and content developed unless explicitly transferred in writing.
  • Clients may not resell, alter, or redistribute creative work without written permission.

5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality for proprietary and sensitive information shared during service engagements.

6. Limitation of Liability

HTP, LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services. Maximum liability is limited to the total fee paid for services.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be settled in St. Louis County, Missouri under Missouri law.

8. Changes to Terms

HTP, LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
